Internship ka matlab hindi mein kya hai?

हिंदी में भी इंटर्नशिप ही कहते हैं; सरकारी कागजों में इसे प्रशिक्षण या कार्यानुभव लिखा जाता है। UGC की गाइडलाइन इसे इस तरह तय करती है कि संस्थान के बाहर किसी संगठन में, वहां के किसी विशेषज्ञ की देखरेख में, असली काम का अनुभव लिया जाए। शर्तें यही दो हैं, बाहर का संगठन और देखरेख करने वाला कोई व्यक्ति।

The UGC Guidelines for Internship/Research Internship for Under Graduate Students put it this way: "In an internship course students require to participate in a work experience or professional activity, or cooperative education activity with an entity external to the education institution, under the supervision of an expert from the given external entity." The same page calls induction into actual work situations a prime aspect of the exercise.

Two parts of that definition do work later on. The entity has to be external to your college, which rules out an assignment set by your own department. And someone at that entity has to supervise you, so if your college assesses the internship, expect to be asked for that person's name.

लिस्टिंग खुलते ही जो शब्द सबसे पहले सामने आते हैं, नीचे की तालिका में वही दस शब्द हैं। इनमें दो सबसे ज्यादा गलतफहमी पैदा करते हैं, remote और unpaid। हर पंक्ति में शब्द का सीधा मतलब और अप्लाई करने से पहले क्या देखना है, दोनों दिए हैं।

The ten words below are the ones that sit on the filter bar and in the first two lines of an Indian listing. Each row gives the English word, what it means in plain Hindi, and the one thing to check before you press apply.

Two of those rows come straight from a platform's own help pages. Internshala puts a work from home internship at a fixed duration of one week to six months, done from your home for a stipend, and keeps remote job for permanent full time work at a minimum CTC of 2 LPA. Which of the four words a listing uses changes what you are applying to, and the guide to those four words takes that further.

Offer letter ke shabdon ka matlab kya hai?

ऑफर लेटर के शब्द कानूनी लहजे में लिखे होते हैं और डराते हैं, जबकि ज्यादातर का मतलब सीधा है। नीचे की तालिका में आठ बातें हैं: कब शुरू, कौन आपका बॉस, क्या-क्या करना है, कितने घंटे, कितना पैसा, कौन सी बात बाहर नहीं कहनी, खत्म कैसे होगा, और बिना नोटिस खत्म होने की शर्त।

If the stipend in the letter is not the stipend in the listing, that gap has a stated remedy. Internshala asks you to raise a query with the offer letter and your messages with the employer attached, and says that if you still want to accept the offer, you may do so at your discretion.

Internship ke dauran kaun se shabd sunai denge?

काम शुरू होने के बाद की शब्दावली अलग है। नीचे की तालिका में नौ शब्द हैं, deliverable से लेकर timesheet तक। इनमें सबसे जरूरी deliverable है, यानी वह चीज जो आपको बनाकर भेजनी है। अगर आपकी internship में कोई deliverable तय नहीं है, तो आगे दिखाने के लिए कुछ नहीं बचेगा।

These are the words that turn up in the first week, usually in a message rather than a document.

Mentor is not an informal word here. The UGC guidelines say the mentor from the internship providing organisation has to give the candidate guidance from time to time, and that an internship should be followed by one project report, which the institution assesses on the innovativeness of the project, the presentation and attendance.

Khatam hone ke baad kaun se documents milte hain?

अंत में तीन तरह के कागज मिल सकते हैं: completion certificate, letter of recommendation और कभी-कभी experience letter। तीनों अलग चीजें हैं। Certificate बताता है कि आपने पूरा किया, recommendation किसी व्यक्ति की राय है, और experience letter में तारीखें और काम दोनों लिखे होते हैं। तालिका में इन तीनों के साथ दो और चीजें हैं, viva और Academic Bank of Credits, जो कॉलेज की तरफ से आती हैं।

The differences matter when a recruiter or a placement cell reads them, so ask for the right one before you finish.

The National Internship Portal, which AICTE runs for the Ministry of Education, states that its completion certificate is government issued and QR verifiable, and that credits go to an Academic Bank of Credits account. A certificate from a private employer carries that employer's name and nothing more, so keep your own record of what you actually produced next to it.

NOC aur bonafide certificate kya hote hain?

ये दोनों कागज कॉलेज देता है, कंपनी नहीं। Bonafide certificate यह साबित करता है कि आप उस कॉलेज के छात्र हैं। NOC यानी no objection certificate का मतलब है कि कॉलेज को आपके बाहर काम करने पर एतराज नहीं है। कई संगठन ये कागज दिए बिना internship शुरू ही नहीं करने देते।

What each one is for is fixed. One proves enrolment, the other records that your institution has no objection to the arrangement. Everything else varies by university and sometimes by department, including what the document is called, who signs it, and how long the office takes over it.

Ask for both before you accept an offer rather than after, and get the approval in writing, since a college is free to set its own conditions here. If your internship is meant to carry credit, the UGC framework allows an internship to carry 2 to 4 credits, counted inside the 120 credit three year UG degree or the 160 credit four year one, and a credited internship is one your college has agreed to on paper.

Stipend, salary aur allowance mein kya farak hai?

Stipend सीखने के दौरान मिलने वाली मदद है, salary नौकरी की तनख्वाह है, और allowance किसी खास खर्च के लिए दी गई रकम है, जैसे इंटरनेट या आने-जाने का खर्च। Internship में आमतौर पर stipend मिलता है, और कई internships में कुछ भी नहीं मिलता।

On a listing board the figure carries its own period, so read the unit next to it. Internshala's internships page on 19 September 2026 showed monthly ranges such as ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 a month, and a field sales role at ₹4,000 to ₹10,000 a week whose own stipend structure reads as a fixed ₹2,000 plus a ₹2,000 incentive for every converted lead.

A performance based figure moves with your output, so the question worth asking is what gets counted. Each of these money words is taken apart in the guide to money words on Indian listings.

Applying costs nothing on the main routes. The government portal states "Cost to students ₹0 forever", and Internshala's help centre answers the fee question with "Absolutely not! It's a free platform." If a stipend or completion certificate does not arrive after you finish, Internshala tells you to write to the employer first, and to raise a query with your documents attached if there is no response in two to three days or the employer refuses.

Kaun se shabd sabse zyada uljhate hain?

चार शब्द सबसे ज्यादा उलझाते हैं: free, unpaid, virtual और certificate। Free का मतलब है अप्लाई करने में कोई खर्च नहीं, unpaid का मतलब है आपको पैसा नहीं मिलेगा। ये दोनों एक ही बात नहीं हैं। Virtual का कोई तय मतलब नहीं है, इसलिए पेज पर यह देखिए कि हर हफ्ते आपको क्या भेजना है।

Free describes the direction of the money into the arrangement. Unpaid describes the direction out of it. A listing can be both at once.

Virtual is the loosest of the four. No document opened for this page pins down what it has to mean, so read what the page says you will send someone each week. If the answer is nothing, and nobody is named as your supervisor, the UGC definition of an internship does not fit.

Certificate is the fourth. It describes a document, not the work, and two certificates with identical wording can sit behind completely different months. When you write the line on your resume, put the deliverable first and the certificate second.
