Internship ke liye paise dene padte hain kya?

नहीं। AICTE का सरकारी National Internship Portal अपने होमपेज पर लिखता है, "Cost to students ₹0 forever"। Internshala के हेल्प पेज पर लिखा है कि यह एक फ्री प्लेटफॉर्म है और अप्लाई करने के लिए आपको कुछ भी नहीं देना पड़ता। रजिस्ट्रेशन, application, shortlisting और completion certificate, सरकारी पोर्टल पर इनमें से किसी पर पैसा नहीं लगता।

The question is answered in one line on Internshala's help centre: "Absolutely not! It's a free platform." The AICTE National Internship Portal, under the Ministry of Education, answers the same question with "Free, end to end" and then lists what costs you ₹0: signing up, applying, being shortlisted and the certificate at the end.

Internship kaise milti hai?

तरीका सीधा है। आप लिस्टिंग पर अप्लाई करते हैं, employer सारी applications पढ़ता है, और जो ठीक लगते हैं उन्हें shortlist करता है। Internshala खुद कहता है कि employer को इसमें आमतौर पर दो से तीन हफ्ते लगते हैं। अगर listing में interview का कोई जिक्र नहीं है, तो मान कर चलिए कि आपकी application ही आपका इंटरव्यू है।

The platform's answer to students who have heard nothing back puts the wait at "2-3 weeks". It also says that when the status has not moved past Applied or Seen by then, applying to other openings is the better use of your evening.

बोर्ड पर चुनाव उसी पर होता है जो आपने application में लिखा है। जहां listing न transcript मांगती है न marks, वहां वही लिखा हुआ employer के पास सब कुछ है, इसलिए हर opening के लिए दो-तीन लाइन अलग से लिखिए।

Internship kaise dhunde?

ढूंढने के तीन रास्ते हैं: सरकारी पोर्टल, प्राइवेट लिस्टिंग बोर्ड, और सीधे किसी organisation को लिखना। सरकारी पोर्टल अपने होमपेज पर 19 सितंबर 2026 को 83,170 कंपनियां दिखा रहा था। उसी दिन Internshala पर 7,197 internships लिस्टेड थीं, जिनमें 2,287 work from home थीं।

ये दोनों counters रोज बदलते हैं, इसलिए इन्हें 19 सितंबर 2026 का snapshot मानिए, कोई पक्का आंकड़ा नहीं। इतना दिखता है कि सितंबर के बीच में भी बोर्ड पर हजारों openings थीं। सरकारी पोर्टल अपने होमपेज पर 2027 तक एक करोड़ verified internships का target भी लिखता है, जो इरादे की बात है, इस हफ्ते क्या खुला है इसकी नहीं।

Search by what you can already do, not by the job title you want on your resume. अगर आप ठीक-ठाक हिंदी लिख लेते हैं, तो marketing के साथ content writing और translation भी search कीजिए, क्योंकि एक ही काम अलग-अलग titles के नीचे लिस्ट होता है।

सीधे लिखने वाले रास्ते के लिए UGC की गाइडलाइन बताती है कि आपको कौन host कर सकता है: सरकारी और प्राइवेट organisations, universities, research और development labs, non-government organisations, enterprises, business organizations, local industry, और artists भी। अपने ही जिले की ऐसी organisations चुनिए जिनका काम आप एक लाइन में बता सकें, उनकी साइट पर असली email address ढूंढिए, और चार लाइन लिखिए।

Filters काफी काम कर देते हैं। Internshala की listing page पर profile, location, work from home, part time और stipend के filters सामने ही हैं। सरकारी पोर्टल openings को समय के हिसाब से तीन खानों में बांटता है: weekly एक से चार हफ्ते, monthly एक से छह महीने, और semester छह महीने या उससे ज्यादा। कब अप्लाई करना है यह भी उतना ही मायने रखता है, और महीने दर महीने अप्लाई करने का कैलेंडर उसी पर है।

Internship kaise apply kare?

अगर तैयारी पहले से हो, तो अप्लाई करने में पंद्रह मिनट लगते हैं। एक रिज्यूमे बनाइए, हर listing के लिए दो से तीन लाइन अलग से लिखिए, और भेजने से पहले listing की duration और hours दोबारा पढ़िए। एक ही cover letter हर जगह भेजने के बजाय हर listing के लिए दो लाइन बदल दीजिए।

1. एक रिज्यूमे PDF में बनाइए और फाइल का नाम अपने नाम पर रखिए। Make one resume as a PDF, named with your own name, and one page is enough in your second or third year.
2. दो या तीन तरह के roles चुनिए और एक महीने उन्हीं में रहिए। Staying in two or three role types lets each application say something specific about work you have already done.
3. हर listing पर duration, हफ्ते के घंटे और stipend की लाइन पहले पढ़िए, फिर लिखना शुरू कीजिए। Read those three lines before you write anything, because they decide whether you can take the work at all.
4. दो या तीन वाक्यों में सिर्फ एक सवाल का जवाब दीजिए: ऐसा क्या है जो आप पहले कर चुके हैं और इस काम से मिलता-जुलता है। A college project, an NSS assignment, a shop you helped run, a WhatsApp group you moderate: name the thing.
5. एक हफ्ते में कई listings पर अप्लाई कीजिए, सब एक ही बैठक में नहीं। Spreading them out reaches openings posted on different days; no source opened here puts a number on how many applications get an answer.
6. कहां और किस तारीख को अप्लाई किया, यह लिख कर रखिए। The shortlist window runs two to three weeks, so by the time a reply comes you will want the date in front of you.

Application उसी भाषा में लिखिए जिस भाषा में listing लिखी है। अगर listing अंग्रेजी में है और आपकी अंग्रेजी डगमगाती है, तो छोटे सीधे वाक्य लिखिए, template से कॉपी किए लंबे वाक्य नहीं।

Ghar baithe internship kaise kare?

घर बैठे इंटर्नशिप का मतलब Internshala अपने हेल्प पेज पर खुद बताता है: तय समय के लिए काम, एक हफ्ते से छह महीने तक, अपने घर से, और उसके बदले stipend। इसके लिए एक फोन या लैपटॉप, इंटरनेट, और हफ्ते में कुछ तय घंटे चाहिए। बाकी सब लिस्टिंग पर लिखा होता है।

Internshala's help page calls a work from home internship "a fixed duration (1 week - 6 months)" arrangement run from your home for a stipend, with the work sent to you by email along with the date it has to go back. A remote job, on the same page, is "a full-time permanent job" done from home that pays a minimum CTC of 2 LPA. दोनों एक ही साइट पर दो अलग चीजें हैं, इसलिए देख लीजिए कि सामने वाला पेज किसकी बात कर रहा है।

फोन के कनेक्शन पर जो काम चल जाता है: लिखना, translation, data entry और cleaning, social media, telecalling, customer support, research, basic design, tutoring। जो नहीं चलता: वह सब जिसमें lab, मशीन या site visit चाहिए।

Apply karne ke baad kitne din wait karna padta hai?

दो से तीन हफ्ते। यह अंदाजा नहीं है, Internshala अपने हेल्प पेज पर यही लिखता है। इस बीच करने को बस इतना है कि और जगह अप्लाई करते रहिए। बार-बार follow up भेजने पर क्या होता है, इस पर Internshala कुछ नहीं कहता; वह सिर्फ इतना कहता है कि इस अवधि में जवाब न आए तो दूसरी opening पर अप्लाई कर लीजिए।

Plan for silence. Nine days and six applications sit well inside the two to three week window the platform states, so nothing has gone wrong yet.

College se permission ya credit chahiye to kya kare?

अगर इंटर्नशिप को degree में credit दिलवाना है, तो शुरू करने से पहले कॉलेज से पूछिए। UGC की गाइडलाइन UG छात्रों के लिए चौथे semester के बाद 60 से 120 घंटे की इंटर्नशिप को अनिवार्य करती है। हर university इसे अपने तरीके से लागू करती है, इसलिए लिखित मंजूरी पहले ले लीजिए।

The UGC Guidelines for Internship/Research Internship for Under Graduate Students set that floor of 60 to 120 hours, taken after the fourth semester, for everyone enrolled in a UG degree programme. Your department can hang 2 to 4 credits on it, out of the minimum 120 credits of a three year degree or the 160 of a four year honours degree.

गाइडलाइन इंटर्नशिप को ऐसा काम बताती है जो "an expert from the given external entity" की देखरेख में हो, और यही वजह है कि department पूछता है कि आपके घंटों पर दस्तखत कौन करेगा। Conversion भी उसी पन्ने पर है: एक internship credit यानी हफ्ते में दो घंटे, जो पंद्रह हफ्ते के semester में तीस घंटे बनता है।

हर कॉलेज इसे अलग तरह से लागू करता है। कहीं शुरू करने से पहले bonafide letter, no objection certificate मांगे जाते हैं, कहीं logbook, कहीं आखिर में viva। Offer accept करने से पहले department से लिख कर पूछ लीजिए, क्योंकि जिस काम को उन्होंने पहले मंजूर नहीं किया, उसका credit देने से बाद में मना किया जा सकता है।

Kaun si internship se door rehna chahiye?

जहां आपसे पैसे मांगे जाएं। Internshala अपने हेल्प पेज पर साफ लिखता है: employer को पैसे मत दीजिए, students से पैसे लेना उसकी policy के खिलाफ है। Security deposit, registration fee, training fee, जो भी नाम दिया जाए, चीज एक ही है।

If an employer asks you for money, the platform's wording is: "Please do not pay anything to the employer as it is strictly against the policy of Internshala to charge students." इसके बाद उसका कहना है: query भेजिए और उसके साथ offer letter और उस employer से हुई email या text बातचीत लगा दीजिए।

एक अलग किस्म की website भी है जो सीधे certificate का package बेचती है, बीच में कोई employer होता ही नहीं। वहां जो मिलता है वह एक document है। उसकी कीमत इस पर टिकी है कि आपका resume पढ़ने वाला उससे क्या पूछ सकेगा, और जिस certificate के पीछे बताने लायक काम न हो, उससे पूछने को कुछ बचता नहीं। "free online internship with certificate" के पीछे चार अलग products होते हैं, और certificate वाले offers का breakdown उन्हें अलग करके दिखाता है।

दो और बातों पर रुक जाइए। एक offer जो अप्लाई करने के एक घंटे के अंदर आ जाए, बिना किसी task और बिना किसी सवाल के। और एक listing जो यह बताने को तैयार न हो कि आप हर हफ्ते उन्हें क्या भेजेंगे।
